Waterfront Mews

85 Arlington Avenue

Located within the Arlington Square Conservation Area, and adjacent to Regent’s Canal, the Arlington Mews Development captures the industrial qualities of the canal’s past and pairs it with striking design and an exciting solution to urban living.

Moments from the vibrant scene of Islington’s Upper Street yet in its own secluded enclave, the development offers fantastic links to leisure and commerce, The Square Mile and West End and even further beyond with a short hop to the new international gateway of King’s Cross and St. Pancras.

Designed by Islington-based architects Pollard Thomas Edwards and comprising a mix of one 3-bed and six 2-bed properties, the architecture of the development reflects the area’s industrial past, coupled with a contemporary urban flair. The striking metal façade offers both shade and privacy, enclosing both internal and external spaces and offers a seamless cohesion to the whole development.

Each individual property employs open-plan living and dining, oscillating around a striking feature stair, and is flooded with natural light from the rooftop lantern. It is through this lantern that residents will gain access to their private rooftop terrace with southern aspect and long views over Regent’s Canal. For a more secluded outlook, all properties feature a sheltered private terrace directly of the master bedroom offering a chance for that moment of calm.
